This model we call A-7. It is currently under construction and will be ready for occupancy before the end of April. It has three large bedrooms, two American-style bathrooms, large walk-in closet in Master Bedroom, a Great Room (living/dining/open kitchen), laundry room and deposit (store room) and a large covered porch overlooking the pool. Each area has its own independent AC unit to facilitate zone control. Appliances are included (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer) The pool, with pump and filter is also included. Price: $240,000.00.
